About ACD-HUB

ACD-HUB is an independent directory of adult day care centers, skilled nursing facilities, and nursing homes across the United States. Our goal is to help families make informed decisions during one of the most stressful searches they will ever do — without the noise of paid placements or vague affiliate-driven reviews.

Why we exist

Finding quality elder care is hard, and the existing tools for finding it are worse. Most directories accept money for top placement. Most review sites have weak verification. Government data is comprehensive but buried behind clunky interfaces. We built ACD-HUB to combine the most reliable signals — official CMS ratings, real Google reviews, and clear compliance data — into a single, fast, and free resource.

How we're funded

ACD-HUB is supported by ads served by Google AdSense. Facilities cannot pay to be listed, ranked higher, or remove negative reviews. The data we show is the same data we'd show if no advertiser ever existed.

What we publish

• CMS Five-Star Quality Rating (overall + sub-ratings)
• Health inspection deficiencies and penalties
• Staffing hours per resident day
• Real reviews from Google with reviewer names and dates
• Contact info, accepted payment types, and ownership structure
