What we collect
When you browse ACD-HUB, our servers receive standard request information from your browser: IP address, user-agent string, the URL you requested, and the page you came from (referrer). We use this information to operate the site, prevent abuse, and analyze aggregate usage patterns.
If you create an account or submit a contact form, we collect the information you provide directly — typically email, name, and the content of your message.
How we use it
- To deliver the page you requested.
- To detect and prevent abuse (rate limiting, bot detection).
- To understand which pages are useful — in aggregate, never tied to your identity.
- To reply to messages you send us.
Third-party services
ACD-HUB uses these third-party services. Each operates under its own privacy policy:
- Google AdSense — serves the ads you may see on the site. AdSense uses cookies to show relevant ads and measure effectiveness.
- Google Analytics — aggregate usage analytics.
- Cloudflare — content delivery + DDoS protection.
- Supabase — our database and authentication provider when you log in.
Cookies
We use cookies for essential site functions (session management when logged in) and aggregate analytics. Google AdSense uses cookies to personalize ads. You can disable cookies in your browser at any time; essential cookies will be re-created as needed.
Your rights
You can request a copy of any data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing us via the contact page.
Children
ACD-HUB is intended for adults researching elder care. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
