Very nice. She went above and beyond to help me. Tim in occupational therapy, Jordan in Physical therapy and Beth, the nurse. Also helped me. Others to mention are Brooklin the CNA, Tammy the Unit Supervisor, and Jennifer in cleaning. Jennifer went way beyond her normal duties to help me..

My mom was here for rehab for way past the 21 days that Medicare would fully pay. During her entire stay, the staff was absolutely fantastic. Kind, considerate, caring, and much like family. They treated my mom so beautifully. She is a difficult lady to please, and even she said great things. So, it must be true!! If we have need for services as she progresses in age, we will definitely be back to Shelby Ridge Rehab!
