Horrible place!! My mother in law was there for 48 hours. No bath,rude staff, she fell broke her wrist trying to go to the bathroom. I will never put a loved one there again!!

This is a horrible place to put your loved one. Especially on weekends. The staff are rude with bad attitudes. Often seen on their cell phones, even the nurses riding with cell phones out video talking and listening to music on their carts. Staff sitting on nurses station desk gossiping. While poor residents just wandering around. Once I came and saw a man in the hallway unattended on a shower bed. Staff not around. My loved one doesn’t get bathe, turn or getting out of bed. But yet they push wheelchairs in her room by her bed that are not hers daily. Over crowding her space. Rooms are filthy. Often I see gloves that’s been used on her nightstand, floor, all under the bed. Glucose caps in her bed on her cover, floor, her skin is peeling and dirty. In house wounds from not being turned. Staff Can be heard using profanity. They do not even come turn her while I’m there for hours. They don’t come and ask her if she needs water or anything when I’m visiting. Other residents come in and out her room unattended. It’s so much more. This is definitely not a place I would recommend.

The CNAs are disgustingly rude. They DO NOT CARE about your family members. If you ask them for anything they will act like you are an inconvenience. Please do your research before sending a loved one here.
