This place is terrible. No one knows what to do like the blind leading the blind. They don't have a good relationship with the patients and seems like everyone here just views this as a job. If you're in healthcare of this type you have to love these people this has to be personal for you or you don't need to be in this line of work. Taking care of elderly is the same as taking care of a child they are special and they need special attention. I pray this place gets someone in here to change this place cause it's bad.

This is a great place!! The staff are so polite and include the residents in daily activities. Very clean and nice environment.

Terrible place. My father fell three times while there. He became altered mentally the beginning of the third week he was there, after testing, I was told it was due to a UTI. A week later I had to have them call an ambulance because he got worse then he died 3 days later. There were a couple of good employees but for the most part my father never got his meds on time. Repeatedly would remind them his back was broken and he needed some Tylenol but they would never give for hours. Female Director assistant sat on the chair in the lobby talking to two other employees. When I tried to get my dad outside with one hand and a hip on the WC, because I had his FF and Shake in the other, they all just sat there until I asked the man to open the door for me. Then did not offer to help me push him out to the table. Terrible customer service.

This is the worst place I have ever seen in my life, they need to do something about this place, people check in on your family more you never know how they are treated,the state needs to come in and check them out 😔<br>Cause they are a lot that is going on
