Thank you to the phenomenal team who serves, loves, and honors my mom like family. I’m so grateful. My mom has been a part of the Crowne family for quite some time now. Shout out to the Activities Dept for helping my mom to continue exercising her mission and purpose for life. She has always been happy there and she loves and pray for all of her caregivers along with the residents. Overall, I feel that the staff is very attentive and has that “we care” feel throughout every department in the facility. I feel like I do not have to worry about my mom and the care that she is getting and it helps me sleep peacefully at night.

Some of the staff are unprofessional, rude, and malevolent. I wouldn't trust a facility that would have such low standards as a requisite for employment. I suspect, based on what I witnessed, that they would engage in a collective cover-up if confronted with misconduct. I plan to pursue a formal complaint about the behavior of the two staff members and name them publicly.

Crowne Health Care of Citronelle is a good, clean facility with staff that cares for the residents. They have frequent activities for the residents and they have several cats and birds as local pets for the residents. The staff is very friendly and helpful for the residents.
