I think it is sad to have a D.O.N that will not hear what you’re asking her and is very rude to residents!! where do the respect to the residents go !! Residents are talked to like they are nothing and cuts you off when your asking her a question about a family member at the facility taking medication from your family member !! I thought it was up the doctor? And the administrator doesn’t know what going on !! come on he supposed to know what is happening in he facility

Cordova health and rehab is an excellent place! DON Wendy smith is one of the greatest nurses I know. She takes her job seriously and always helps no matter what. She doesn’t mind to get on the floor and help a Cna take care of a a resident. She is always there to answer any questions at any time. She always has a smile on her face and is very professional.

Cordova is the best facility around!! Every staff member I have encountered has been so nice and sweet to me. My great grandmother was here for several years at the end of her life, and she thrived here!! She loved the staff as well and loved all the activities they provided. I recommend Cordova to everyone!!

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
What to do next
Data is a starting point, not a final answer. We encourage families to visit facilities in person, observe daily routines, and speak with staff and residents. See our guide: Questions to Ask When Visiting →
