We are very thankful for Evergreen Nursing Home. My mom has been in there for a year and is doing well considering she is 91. She needs a lot more care than we could do at home. The facility is very nice and clean.

My cousin was in this facility for rehabilitation. She didn't want to leave. She loved it. They were so nice and meant business about her care. She had rehabilitation 5 days a week. I would give them a 100 star rating if I could. We're currently doing everything we can to get my relative back in there for more rehab. We love this facility and grateful to God for them being there.

My Aunt has been at The Evergreen Nursing & Rehab Center twice and each time there have been issues with her care. Each time she leaves the center her clothes are missing. She has had new clothes that were purchased for her and it appears that someone stoles the items. When we went to retrieve some of her items the items were brought out to us unwashed and also the items in question were still missing. When visiting with my Aunt she appeared unkept and dirty.The elderly are unable to care for themselves, therefore this is why they are places in center like this. Be careful where you take your family and make sure the the Nursing homes know that your love ones have someone that care for them and can speak for them. No one wanted their love ones treated this way.
