Walking into a nursing home for the first time can be shocking—the sights, the sounds, even the smells. Any nursing home can feel overwhelming at first, and Falkville Health and Rehabilitation is no exception.

BUT there is one VITAL difference here: the people.

This facility is staffed with some of the most loving, caring, and respectful individuals I have ever encountered. The tenderness and dignity they show every single patient truly warms my heart. They work within tight budgets and limited space, yet they continue to provide extraordinary care with compassion and grace.

I cannot begin to express how grateful I am for the care they have given my father. Knowing he is treated with kindness and respect has meant everything to our family.

Yes, I would absolutely recommend this facility.

We put our mother here at Falkville Healthcare and Rehab over a year ago. The changes that has been made to the building, Rehab, public area and some rooms looks amazing. The care our mother gets is wonderful. We walk down the hall and most everyone calls her name. The staff is very kind and caring. Thank you all from Administration to housekeeping for all the encouraging words and support that you give our mother. Have a blessed day

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
What to do next
Data is a starting point, not a final answer. We encourage families to visit facilities in person, observe daily routines, and speak with staff and residents. See our guide: Questions to Ask When Visiting →
