My mom has been in the care of Magnolia Ridge for most of this year, following a marked decline in her cognitive abilities, and a dramatic life change. Everyone from admissions to the medical staff, from case workers to the business office, and everyone in between has been so wonderful, not only to my mom, but to our family. Anytime there has been an issue with my mom's care, or something that didn't go 100% as planned (which is the way life goes), someone is on the phone very quickly with my sister or me to update us on what's going on, and how they are making sure mom is ok. Anytime we have a question on the billing process, or helping my mom get the type of coverage and insurance she needs, the business office is so helpful and patient with me as we walk through that, frankly taking a lot of the load off of me by pointing me in the right direction. My experience with Magnolia Ridge has been fantastic, and I'm so thankful they are there, doing what they do.

I have been living here 9 years and this place is not perfect but its not a bad place or I would not still be living here. The care is good and the activities here help keep me going eveyday the food has gotten a lot better also. So people shouldnt say bad things about the place if you don't know or you had a bad experience because different managers are here now. Im the resident council president and I look out for the good for all of us .

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
