  I was discriminated against for having disabilities. This place should have been accepting but was the opposite. The elderly and rehab residents were neglected. If your loved one does not have diabetes before they get there, they’re likely to develop it because the food is not nutritious. It is full of sugar and calories. They say it is because they want to fatten up the elderly people because they don’t eat enough when in fact, it is just an excuse for poor diet. There is a large insect problem with roaches and other bugs. Residents do not always get baths while some do not bathe for a year or longer. Do not bring your loved one here unless you want them to die lonely. When you take a tour, they act like everything’s OK and when you visit they do the same, but the second you leave your loved one is abandoned and lonely. Many are so lonely that they die with a broken heart literally. Run run run from this place.

  Madison manor is the oldest memory care building in Madison and with its methods of care for its residents its shows ; especially in the dietary department the dietary manager obviously doesn’t care about the nutrition the resident are receiving everyday nor does she care about state regulations that are in place to keep the residents safe
