For those who are thinking of applying here, please be mindful of the excessive “processing fee” It’s just another way for these property management companies to charge more erroneous charges. The credit check fee isn’t enough for them, read the fine print.

Signed a short term lease of 7 months and felt miserable here even in that short amount of months. Put us in a third floor apartment even though they were previously aware before our move in that our dog that weighs 60+ lbs. Our downstairs neighbour was not a fan and called the office multiple times and in turn the office called us multiple times a month, each time I told them I would gladly relocate to a first floor apartment and they would say “great! We don’t have any yet available” and would not hear an update on when a unit was available.

I had the most disrespectful interaction with the courtesy officer as well. I was unaware what he looked like, what his name was, or even why a courtesy officer was to begin with. One day I get a knock at my door and it’s a man in sandals and casual clothes, I open the door and greet him and he looks at me and says “You know there’s a complaint about your dog.” And just stares at me. Now I have no idea who this man is so I just tell him that I’m communicating with the office and who are you??? He then just says “Shipman” and then I have to again ask “okay? Who are you? Do you work with the apartment? I’m confused” finally he says he’s the courtesy officer. Again at that time I had no idea what a courtesy officer was, so then my partner saw me at the door for a few minutes and then took over and got the information that apparently the courtesy officer just went to our downstairs neighbours apartment to find out if he could hear my dog walking in our apartment and then came to ours because the apartment asked him to check in to both parties. My partner asked if he heard our dog and was told no he didn’t hear anything for the neighbours apartment and then left. After that I called the apartment manager asking what just happened, what was supposed to even happen, and why was that man so difficult with me? The person I talked with just brushed it off and said “oh you know how it is with ex military/police force”.

Also the whole “poo prints” they have you sign up for when you move in and have a dog apparently does not apply in the dog park. It’s nasty in there and the dog poop trash bin rarely gets taken so people start to leave the bags of poop next to the bin. The bins for the dog poop outside the dog park do get taken at least.

When it rains the grass areas get very muddy, not great drainage. Makes it a little tricky taking your dog out or when you have a grass path to your apartment.

Now I have had plenty of good interactions with maintenance, all of the ones that had come into my apartment to replace the air filter or when there was water damage on the ceiling from a really bad storm the people were efficient and fixed the issues pretty much the next day. I have had some strange experiences with people in the office, sometimes felt they over shared information about my neighbours to me or about themself. One example was we would get text after hours about our neighbours complaint and when we either asked more questions we were told how busy they were with their kids at home so they’d say that they would tell us the next day, but we were the ones who you reached out to after hours to begin with.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
