My 90 year old father was admitted here after being discharged from the hospital to get his blood sugar under control and get him walking again in his Walker. He spent about 2 weeks here and they did an excellent job with rehab / physics therapy, and successfully getting his blood sugar in a healthy range. PT staff and care givers did an excellent job

I have a friend who’s relative has been placed in these facilities. The nurses have been cold, rude and indifferent to her when she asks for any assistance or even ice water for her relative. Doctors say that people go there to receive full time care. It seems like it has been very difficult to get even the basic care! Like a change or cleaning after a bm.

Much nicer than most Nursing homes and Rehab communities. All the staff were very friendly.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
What to do next
Data is a starting point, not a final answer. We encourage families to visit facilities in person, observe daily routines, and speak with staff and residents. See our guide: Questions to Ask When Visiting →
