My dad was in this rehabilitation center, he was sent from Riverview Hospital to this facility, he has had ulcers ever since he was in his 20’s, so he had to be careful not to take alot of medication and certain medicines, needless to say his stomach started acting up and he tried to tell him he can’t take some of the medications they were giving him and he kept complaining to them about it and the staff told him this is what the doctor here said give you and that’s what we’re giving you, so from this problem he couldn’t even eat because his stomach hurt so bad, He had got so bad with his stomach that they had to call a ambulance and sent him back to the hospital, needless to say we the family did not let him go back to that rehab, This is a sad day when patients have no say over their own care, elderly or not a patient should be able to say this medicine is killing me and they listen!!!!!! Not happy how my dad was done!!!

January 2023 my 90 yr old mom had rehab here after a hospital stay. Everyone was professional, attentive and kind. The communication was frequent with a scheduled plan for her care, which they kept me informed about weekly or when changes were needed. Her room on the rehab hall was large, with a full bath, tv, recliner, closet, chest with drawers and a table and chairs. The entire staff that worked with her knew her schedule for baths, pt, meals and meds. It was clean and organized. Her rehab was so good she resumed living independently at her home.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
