My friend's mother is there, and I am very impressed by the love and care I can tell is given. I could tell the people staying were getting real care. They looked happy and felt calm.

I was very grateful and delighted to first come here the first and my bed was wet and the young man kept telling me it wasn't I waited 3 hours on a call button that did not even work he was extremely rude call the phone number and a wonderful tall gentleman came and fixed the toilet that had dropped down onto the ground for

Is there anyone else out there that feels like Miss Melody Pankey should be cloned and put through school to become a nurse over and over again until the end of time to make sure that every person in the family would be able to have the excellent care and person to care for them until the end of time? I know I do! If it weren't for her, I am not 100% positive where we would have placed our Grandpa when he got hurt and needed therapy. I guess if we never met her, we would have gotten the next best thing. Because wherever we ended up taking him ( or anyone else in the family) there would have to be amazing staff and care in place for us to trust leaving him in their hands to be cared for. Thank you Haven of Cottonwood for employing the best nurse ever!

Melody Pankey was such a WONFERFUL member of the staff! She was caring, attentive, professional, fun-loving, and EVERYTHING else that you could ask for in a person/ member of the medical profession. You can really tell she TRULY LOVES her career! Thank you Mel for taking such great care of my PoP PoP!
