Haven Health skilled nursing unit was exactly what I needed after surgery. The professionalism and compassion by the entire staff was overwhelmingly positive. They appeared to be fully staffed with highly skilled and trained Registered Nurses,, CNA’s, Physical and Occupational Therapists, monitored by Physician’s Assistant and on site Doctors. I like to describe my experience as a cruise ship in a parking lot! The facility is set up with multiple common areas, and even smaller nooks to motivate a person to ‘get out of bed and get out of your room!’ They have an activities director and numerous activities and guests which provide live music, bingo, cards, crafts, donut day, ice-cream socials, manicures, movies, story telling, Bible Study, and much more. I found the solitude of the Library so comforting and conducive to getting lost in a novel. Visitors and families are welcomed and there’s areas inside where kids can play, and even outside with a putting green! On a daily basis you are provided 3 meals either in your room or in the common dining room. The dinning room is open 24 hours in case you want to go get some hot cocoa, tea or coffee. Early risers or night owls are always welcomed to congregate there! I’m a picky eater, but I enjoyed most meals and there’s always the Ala Carte menu too. It’s good to bring some of your favorite snacks and sodas along with you. ( you can order take out too! ) Housekeeping is phenomenal! Like a cruise…your room is cleaned daily. The trash and the shared restroom is cleaned multiple times a day. Laundry service is free and generally returned the next day. No need to over pack. The rooms are shared, but you do have your own bedside dresser and closet space. Showers are twice a week, however you are issued a ‘self’ bathing kit to freshen up, with everything from shampoo, mouthwash, to nail clippers! Transportation along with an accompanying attendant to doctors visits is also provided. You’re not just simply dropped off. What really impressed me the most besides the professionalism and high standard of care was the ‘clear communication’ and the ‘emotional’ climate! The entire staff seemed to be happy and contented! I mixed with all sorts of levels of patients…,and they too seemed contented and friendly. Truly an atmosphere that promotes total wellness! You deserve the 5 STARS 🤩 Thank you Haven Health !

I recently spent 11 days in Haven House recovering from surgery. The therapy I received was excellent. They have good equipment and the therapy staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. The nursing staff is well trained, efficient, friendly and work as a team to help patients achieve as fast a recovery as possible. The facility is clean, bright and a very pleasant atmosphere with daily activities for all patients who want to participate.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
