  My mother recently spent some time at Haven of Sierra Vista. The staff's attentiveness was exceptional, particularly Monique (RN) Melonie (RN), Todd (PT), John (CNA), Beth (Case Manager) and Sam (Wound Care Nurse). Their dedication significantly contributed to my mom's recovery. The facility maintained high cleanliness standards, providing a comfortable healing environment. Most importantly, the therapy was effective- my mom progressed from immobile to walking with a walker, greatly enhancing her independence.

  Short and sweet only because very busy with elder care and life. Mom (82) was recently discharged from Haven. Her stay was appropriately 42 days due to a broken leg and post-surgery. I visited everyday and got a good idea of how things go at Haven. Absolutely zero complaints. Service and attention were good. Caregivers were always kind, attentive, and professional. I had noticed multiple "Best of Sierra Vista" plaques on the walls. That is not at all surprising in my recent experience. Recommended.

  Well let me start by saying I've been here since June 13th and was just told at least couple more weeks. And some of the employees here are hands down sent from heaven. I've been treated with dignity respect compassion love patience and beyond that integrity and kindness and I'm going to start with the executive directive DI DI Then there's the CNA'S CASSANDRA CYNTHIA CRYSTAL NICHOLAS MaKenna CHARLIE MERCEDES ALL SO PATIENT AND AMAZING 🥰🥰 THEN THE THERAPY CREW CODY THE BOSS PT DAN THE MAN OT IZZY AND ERICA THEY ARE THE 3 MUSKETEERS ROCKING & PUSHING THE PATIENTS TO GREATNESS!! THEN THE LPN RN N MED TECHS CHANAE ALEXA AILENE DYVION HANNAH ARE JUST ALL ABSOLUTELY AMAZING AND A BLESSING FROM HEAVEN!!!! KAILA WHOSE BEEN HERE 5 YEARS AND WORKED HER WAY UP!! IS THE MOST AMAZING PATIENT GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND ACTUALLY DOES HER JOB TOP TO BOTTOM LPN THERE IS!!!! HANDS DOWN!!!! DON'T GET ME WRONG THEY'RE ALL WONDERFUL!!!!
