  🫶🏿🫶🏿🫶🏿🫶🏿🗣I will critique this when I get out. But so far, this physical rehabilitation center is amazing. They take care of Me i have a lot of names to add to this. But I have to go to physical therapy right now. then we have activities afterwards.   Sun west choice is the greatest facility of its kind in the world. I was in a terrible accident & in a coma for 4 months. When I came out of it I was admitted to sunwest. I thank jesus every day for that facility. Everyone in there from the front to the back, saved my life. 1)the chefs 2)the front desk 3)nurses & cna's 4) physical therapist 5)cleaning & laundry 6) the ceo They all saved my life I go & visit every week. I was thrilled to heal & be discharged but I miss them all everyday! I love them all like family! Thank you Jesus for all of them! If you need to be taken care of & heal, there's no better place to be!

  My husband Jack had Vascular Dementia, and we had to place him in a Behavioral/Dementia Long Term Care facility. We chose Sun West Choice where he passed peacefully. I can not express how relieved I was that he was there. The facility was clean and bright. All of the CNA's were cheery, helpful and treated my husband with kindness and respect. Jessica his nurse was equally considerate and respectfully to my husband as well as to me. She always kept me informed of my husband's medical care. At times with a phone call. GOLD stars to everyone from the Front Desk to the people who cleaned his room. You were all so wonderful and I will forever be grateful for your care and kindness. Barbara Koon

  Such a caring environment. No one wants to be in rehab, but if you do, this is the best place. All staff of CNAs, nurses, dietary and PT/OT were so professional. They celebrated your small victories and gave encouragement on your defeated days. Special props to day CNA Rosie and night CNA Brittany. These ladies went above and beyond to make me comfortable and supported. I also could not have come this far without the PT/OT team of Heather, Michelle, Kendra and the rest. Thank you!!

  My dad had to get rehab after he got sepsis and was bed ridden for 11 days. He is elderly and had trouble walking before the hospital stay, so his recovery would be intensive and difficult. When he arrived at Sun West, he only had a gown from the hospital so we went to get him clothes. We were told visiting hours are from 8am to 8pm but at 630pm, the doors were locked. We rang the bell and called but nobody would answer the door or phone. We finally got in by calling dad and having him call a nurse to let us in. The room they put him was shared, which is common and completely understandable but the lack of attention he got was appalling. They dropped off medication for him to take that we're still sitting on the table the next day. Nobody ever introduced themselves to us or him. Nobody ever even spoke about a rehab program. It was truly awful. I don't know what the star rating is but if this is what a 5 star rehab facility looks like, we have a very serious problem. There is a sewage overflow in front of the facility, near the parking lot that has human waste surrounding it. I understand there is very likely a reason for this but DO NOT understand how it could be left like this for days on end. We moved him as soon as we possibly could and the facility we took him to, which somehow has a LOWER rating is immaculate. The staff is friendly, the property is clean, the room is beautiful. It is honestly no comparison. P.s. the facility he is in now can't contact Sun West to get the necessary documentation because nobody will answer the phone.
