Under staffed. Just interested in the money. Brought us in, handed me a stack of papers with no info just "fill this out" an hour and ahalf later I had to go track down someone to explain what it was I was signing. The aide was in the 2nd floor doing something else while we were on the 1st floor. Husband says he isn't getting his meds. I don't know cause I can't be here 24-7. They called for an investigation of elder abuse cause he doesn't want to eat and had a bed sore cause it took THEM 6 days to get him admitted after I ASKED for him to be admitted. If ZERO was an option thats what I would have given. Too bad I didn't read ALL the other BAD REVIEWS 1ST.

The staff is wonderful. But there's nothing you can do about the age of the facility and it shows. 2 minor things you can do. Pay more attention to the exterior entry. The walkway and landscaping. Then there is the odor. Good luck with that. Pipe in the smell of baked cookies or chicken pot pie. You're a good facility. Theres only so much you can do. Best wishes in 2026.

This was the last place my mom stayed before she passed away. The executive director is a nightmare who will try and trap your loved one at the facility so he doesn’t lose his UHC bonus. This place is just another horrible facility.

The circumstances around my husband's death this April is still a mystery. The current Exec and Director of Nursing has deflected my attempts to get questions answered. Specifically around the actions of the night nurse on April 27th and why her documentation of the events are lacking key information. After much back and forth with the DON she asked me to text her in a week to give her time to ask this night nurse questions around my husband's O2 reading (the night nurse told me three times on the phone it was at 30% but no O2 is recorded in her notes of the event) and why the nurse decided to waste time providing two nebulizer treatments rather than calling 911. I was told at the ED that she waiting too long and never should have wasted time giving nebulizer treatments with someone in such distress. When I texted the DON back she then said she had no further information.......The current Exec also did not respond to the same specific questions. Very sad.......

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
What to do next
Data is a starting point, not a final answer. We encourage families to visit facilities in person, observe daily routines, and speak with staff and residents. See our guide: Questions to Ask When Visiting →
