  Sante of Surprise is one of the best skilled nursing facilities in the state of Arizona. The staff is excellent. I can’t say enough about Bri in the nursing station. She goes above and beyond her duties to make sure everyone has what they need and always has a smile for everyone. They are taking excellent care of my mother-in-law.

The therapists and nurses worked tirelessly to create a personalized treatment plan that addressed my dad's specific needs, and their dedication to his progress was evident every step of the way. One of the highlights of our stay has been the outstanding service in the dining room, thanks to Toby and Nira who goes above and beyond. Toby is always in a good mood, which made our days everyday and Nira is incredibly attentive, remembering individual preferences and dietary needs, ensuring that everyone feels cared for and comfortable.The combination of excellent medical care, comprehensive therapy programs, and the supportive environment created by the entire staff, including the wonderful servers, made Sante of Surprise an invaluable resource for my dad's recovery.   Had breakfast this morning and Tobias started my day off right. His energy of positivity set me on the right path for the day. He did a great job taking care to make sure anything I wanted or needed was present for breakfast. My breakfast burrito was very good, very filling and the price was very good.
