I have so many compliments to address about Lynn the supervisor on 3 west. Long story short she’s very rude when communicating with others. I witnessed her speaking to others unprofessionally and it was not acceptable. Someone needs to address it to her boss.

My great love one lives here in the healthcare center on the 3rd floor and I never hear good things about the nurse “Lynn” and I will be getting in contact with someone concerning this matter even when I spoke to her over the phone before her tone of voice was not very pleasant. Thank you
