It’s been almost 2 years since my dad had been at the blossoms in stamps, initially I had been worried with the distance and me being his primary help. But it has been a great experience thus far. Ms. Debbie and Ms. Valerie reach out to keep me informed medically on a regular. Cadeidre always keeps me in the loop and is transparent on his day to day as well, whether it be good days or not so good days . Last November when we visited it was nice, clean and in order, didn’t see anything alarming. It’s a small town rest home with people who care. Thank you to those mentioned and the rest of the staff for taking care of my dad. Much appreciation from my end.

My uncle has been there and he loves the staff. He has a nurse named Mrs Dee she is truly amazing and he always brag on her, I couldn’t thank you all enough for the patience you have for your clients. Thank you

My Uncle is in this facility and the staff have been fantastic. It’s pretty, clean, and staff treat him like family. I highly recommend this nursing home.

I don't recommend putting your loved ones in this nursing home. The facility looks the same as it did years ago. A dear family member of mine was placed in this nursing home, and the care she received was heartbreaking. She was often left unattended, her basic needs ignored, and there were multiple times she was found in soiled clothing. Nurses rarely checked on her, and our concerns were dismissed or brushed off. So glad that she's out of there but the issue was a problem I had to report it to State.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
