My grandpa was here for a short amount of time, 2 weeks at most and he was sent out to the hospital and passed in the hospital. When we went to collect his belongings his phone was “missing” and they had his car keys in a drawer at the nurses station. His wallet had also been gone through and his debit card was out of place. When we left they said they would continue looking for the phone when I called to follow up I was very rudely told by their social services representative that no phones had gone missing and she would know if any had gone missing because she’s been working there since December. Nothing else has been done, they never offered to replace the phone and the main reason my family needed the phone was to get in contact with his family, those are phone numbers we will never be able to get. I found them to be very unhelpful in this situation. It’s very sad that when someone is sent out their belongings are not taken care of and no one there has the integrity to investigate or right their wrongs in this situation. Not even an attempt at accountability.

I was here for over a month for IV and wound treatment after surgery. They treated me very well here. The nurses were attentive to my care, the physical therapy was daily for continual progress, and the food was delicious.

My loved one received amazing care at The Orchards. The staff was kind, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make recovery comfortable. She loved the food and soup served in dining room on Fridays! We felt supported every step of the way and are so grateful for their compassion and professionalism.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
