The physical therapist Vanessa & Annabelle are excellent- thanks to their dedication. My Auntie Eva has become stronger and can now do her daily activities on her own. The kitchen staff, especially Willis did a great job preparing nutritious and well-balanced meals. Because of this, my auntie was able to gain weight and improve her overall health. The nurses of station 1V, most especially Annie were very attentive and understanding of how she was feeling, and they made sure she received her medications on time to help her feel better. The CNAs were also very kind and helpful. Mark of the activities division is friendly & approachable. He takes time to stop, talk and connect with residents, making them feel seen and valued. Overall, the staff showed genuine care, professionalism and compassion, and we are truly grateful for the support they provided.

This is the second time I am staying at this center . It is very clean and it has a great physical therapy department that works both exceptional occupational and physical therapy programs. Most of charge nurses and CNAs are caring and very professional. I have had Elli, Christian, June, and couple of others who are very caring nurses. Among the CNA,s Nellie is a standard to measure all others. Ana, Sylvia, Maria Sanchez, Alma, Jessica, Stephanie , Raul, and Luis are angles. The kitchen and it’s supervisor Willis works with you to get you to follow the dietary restrictions that you may have and get reasonable substitutions you need or prefer. Ross, Kevin, Sunshine and Jean in the PT department are wizards in helping you to get on your feet. I am always grateful for the work they do to get me on my feet.<br>One thing they need to work on is having better communication coordination and training of new CNAs but as I said from administrative office and their staff such as Kevin, Jose, and Kitchen Supervisor to Ms. Emmy, the nurses and CNAs, they have good number of people who care and are attentive to your needs.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
