  I called and asked if they would be participating in a elderly Christmas tree or if there’s anyway to bring in the things the seniors living there could need or want. Before I could even finish speaking whoever I talked to simply hung up on me. Now I understand not everyone participates in these traditions but a simple no would have sufficed instead of rudely hanging up. Please train your staff better

  I stayed here twice due to medical conditions. The staff and nurses are great. I'm leaving here today after my 2nd stay. They had a trick or trunk. Last night out in the parking lot. They allowed those of us patients to go outside and attend it supervised. Today I've noticed a huge change in the atmosphere with the patients. Wishing I could leave more then 5 stars. But thank you valley view care center. For everything
