I want to ask please not to take your old people there. It is a place of very poor human quality. They mistreated my mother, she spilled her milk and took away her blankets, they left her cold. Thank goodness my brother arrived and put them back in their place. They took away her control so she wouldn't bother them. They told her they treat them very badly, the old people. We wouldn't take her. It was the doctor's turn. My father was having a stroke and my brother called them. They said no, she's okay. My brother called the ambulance and thanks to them, my mother is in bad shape because they didn't treat her immediately. My brother arrived but he had serious consequences.

You can never get ahold of anyone here. Always placed on hold. You try requesting a health care plan and they “forget” your request. All they care about is payment. You tell them you’ll pay out of pocket and ZOOM! They return your calls. Very frustrating especially when you’re being polite and patient with them.

The RN- Jose is Friendly and is concerned and was knowledgeable of My issues. He was Great! The LVN'S- Steffani and Christina were both Great and Friendly!! They were always on it about Me taking My Medications and making Sure I was ok. The care taker- Maria was So Friendly and Helpful!! She was the first person I saw in the morning and always greeted Me with a Great Good Morning!! She helped Me with My morning things! The Physical Therapist was Awesome!! Marlon was patient and understanding and Helped Me get motivated to start physical therapy!!! The food was ok. For being an older place it is very clean and workers are always cleaning. I would recommend this facility!!

My father passed away after leaving this facility. We tried to get a hold of the Doctor for 2 days with no call backs. They claimed he called, he did not. We were glued to the phone waitingto hear back. On day 3 I drove an hour to get there and saw my father in horrible condition. He fell septic again yet they claimed the doctor had been checking on him daily. He had not attended physical therapy in a few days while being there because he didn't we feel well, we didn't find this out until AFTER. Why wasn't his family notified he wasn't attending therapy? The ambulance took him to the hospital where he had severe kidney failure and was septic. How does it get that bad under someone's care!? Nurses were friendly and helpful the Doctor was not.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
