My late Sister who was dying of Cancer was placed at Greenfield by a Social Worker in her home town. Although we had been out of touch for years, there was no way I was going to let her be alone; however, I quickly learned the hard way that advocating for my loved one’s quality patient care through effective communication with staff and administration seem to fall on deaf ears IF you could speak with anyone at all, because they rarely if ever answer the phone. Generally speaking, I had NO idea when my Niece called about the realities these vulnerable Patients face at even the so called best and nicest Care Facilities, so don’t be deceived. I did a lot of research on the subject and learned from personal experience at a different facility that having an Advocate can result in staff punishing patients in various ways, (drugging) but without an Advocate of some kind the care is often even worse. In my Sister’s case the only way she could leave the Greenfield facility, because they would not allow her to walk when she still could forcing her to stay in bed for their convenience was to call 911 for an ambulance. The Hospital sent her back, and she had to call 911 a second time before being placed in a Stockton facility which I have no words to describe other than literally Hell on Earth before I had her come and stay with me. One of the most distressing experiences of my entire life. You cannot make up what they are capable of.<br>The other issue at Greenfield is that the facility is staffed with individuals where English is not their native language, so they speak amongst patients in their own language which leaves patients feeling further isolated. My Sister told me she overheard nurses outside her door making hurtful comments about her, and this should never happen; it’s unprofessional and unacceptable. Clearly the Staff at these Facilities are in critical need of even one day of professional Training, but the Owners don’t want to pay for it, not realizing BAD REVIEWS can cost millions of dollars in revenue!! 🤯

This place has the worst patient care and no compassion for their patients and families. My experience from having family member here for two weeks we had to report two incidents. The administrator of this facility has no compassion when we brought it to his attention. I would not want anyones family member to end up in this facility. It’s heartbreaking the way they treat patients specially one of the CNA that works there. My dad ended at the emergency room due to Catheter Neglect. This place is a negative -0.

There was no room for parking. I had to park across the street. The place is really old. It definitely needs work. The people were super friendly.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
