Not sure where these raving reviews are coming from because this place HORRIBLE! In response to Damien. I’ve tried reaching you with no response. Left message no response. Now I’m not even get anyone to answer the phone at the facility. So I guess the response from my earlier review was just a computer generated response. No one there really cares about my Sister who is a patient there. Today her medical appt again was totally not prepared for. Just like the last appointment. We sure have people there telling us to back off. Everything is NOT taken care of as promised. Need some competent employees that care!! Horrible place!! Horrible. Would appreciate a response from the “owner “ as promised below I have left my phone number couple times. Maybe you could return my call Still haven’t heard from anyone.

Where are these positive reviews coming from? Are they deleting the negative ones? This place is TERRIBLE! Incompetent staff. Huge turn over of staff as well. The 2 appointments my Sister had outside the facility were both messed up terribly by the staff. First appointment they got her there 45 minutes late which then made it a “work in” at the appointment, turned into a 3 hour ordeal. Second appointment they assured me transportation was arranged, it was not, had to change her appointment for later and it too turned into another 3 hour ordeal. My sister has had A LOT of her personal belongings missing because they don’t make it back from laundry. The facility itself is outright disgusting, dirty, smelly and simply falling apart. These are just a couple of complaints, I have A LOT more! DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE. This place should be shut down!
