  Treated poorly and given either the wrong medication or other patients medication. Was even given medication that was three times what I had been prescribed and when I researched the medication there was a warning not to exceed what had been prescribed. When I pointed this out I was ignored and nothing happened. I quit taking the medicine because this wasn't the first time I had received the wrong pills from their nurses. They are always in a hurry and are annoyed whenever you point out mistakes.

  Our mom stayed for rehabilitation of her hip surgery. The facility is clean, staffs (CNA Lucia, Javier, Ngoc and others; nurses (Annabelle, Van and others),,physical therapists(Ryan, Phoebe and others etc.) are polite and caring. Management listens. Our family couldn't be more grateful for the care she received. Thank you to entire team for always go above and beyond in making our mom feel comfortable and well care for. We really appreciated and God bless you all. We highly recommend this place to friends and loved ones. Overall, this place has great leadership and awesome team.

  As a private caregiver it’s nice to see a facility that keeps up with cleanliness and compassion ! From the hard working cna’s, nurses, physical therapist, and maintenance guys everyone here is friendly and helpful. Even the ladies at the front desk make a good impact on the beginning of my day. This facility not only takes care of their patients but often have a lot employee appreciation events/yummy treats. The atmosphere here is great and the garden is very peaceful. My client and I will be leaving soon and while i’m happy to see my client return home i’ll be sad to leave all the wonderful people i met. Take it easy Pacific Haven Team, don’t work too hard now…Take care :)
