  When I visited my family member in Room 41B back in December, I was extremely disappointed. The staff restroom smelled strongly of marijuana, and we walked in on a CNA, Serina Jimenez, actively smoking from a weed vape cartridge. Her eyes were visibly bloodshot, and the room smelled like weed. The facility itself is poorly maintained—it looks run-down, depressing, and uncared for. The snacks and meals provided to residents are extremely inadequate. My family and I were so disturbed by the conditions that we collectively decided to remove our loved one from this facility. This was a terrible experience, and I do not recommend leaving your family members here.

  My uncle was staying in 23 a before they moved him to a different room recently just a couple rooms down and he was telling me his lvn gabby was refusing to give him water and wasn’t giving him his meds when it was time. The place looks awful as well I thought Glendora was supposed to be nice.

  My name is spring Treadway and I was in a bad accident. I was on the 210 Freeway when I got scooped up off the freeway. The ambulance rush me to Pomona Valley Hospital, that's where they Stitch me back together again. Then they send me to Messa Glenn Care Center For me to start healing. As soon as I got here, I couldn't believe how nice the staff was to me and how they remembered my name

  WARNING.. DO NOT BRING LOVE ONES HERE. Unsterile and gross. The nurses are rude. They don’t communicate and return phone calls. Nursing supervisor can never be found. So fusterating.

  This skilled nursing home is definitely not a place for your loved ones , the staff are very unprofessional, they do not return calls , especially Rowena , the social worker Patricia is a joke and very unprofessional . My mentally ill son had a sitter 24 /7 and the sitter didn’t do a very good job ,probably texting or chatting away with a coworker , my son left the facility a few times and staff were not aware that he was even gone , the last time which was just a couple days ago , I got a call from nurse John , he informed me that a staff member had seen my son at wal mart , they were not even aware that he had left , 5 minutes later I got a call from supposedly the director of the facility stated his name was Chris, he lied to me and said that James has just left the facility against doctors orders and refused to sign an AMA and has discharged himself from the facility, which is also a complete lie ! He aggressively and un compassionately told me he was no longer a resident there and cannot come back , They knew they were responsible for failure in keeping an eye on him especially because he had an assigned sitter 24/7 who grossly failed to properly watch over him . Chris is taking advantage of my sons mental illness and thought he can get away with his lies . They figured this was a great opportunity to get rid of him , since day one Patricia a joke of a social worker kept calling me repeatedly trying to make up any excuse In trying to get rid of my son she first said he was too young , and mostly all seniors there which was a lie and then said it was a short term facility which was also a lie , they are registered as long term care facility plus another staff member told me that some people have been there for years , I told her and Rowena the supervisor to please find another facility one that’s more suitable for him and they never did a thing especially Patricia the social worker, she is very lazy or doesn’t know what she’s doing . This is very cruel and heartless of them especially because my son had just returned back from the hospital for he experienced an emergency medical crisis and was hospitalized for one week and upon his recovery and return he was treated this way by Chris the director and now my son is living on the streets sadly , he refuses to come home due to his schizophrenia , he is not well , not stable . He has the mental capacity of a 13 year old , they didn’t even file a critical missing persons report with the local authorities, they said he is not there responsibility, and that I should do it , so I did file with the Glendora police dept, they went to the facility and they lied right through their teeth to the police officer , which is a crime and I am goin to prove to the officer Chris and Patricia both have lied and made up the story and I have the proof to show them . I am so disappointed and disgusted with Mesa Glen , the owner needs to fire them all and be replaced with professional, caring , and compassionate workers who truly care about their patients and families. As it is we as parents suffer to see our loved ones having to cope with severe illnesses, physical and mental. Shame on you Chris , Patricia and Rowena !
