From my open-heart surgery healing, it had been a superb stay at Hanford Post Acute. It was such a fantastic experience with continuous positive attitudes from the staff. That happened every day and night, from the administration, the nurses, the lab techs, the physical therapists, the cooks, the maintenance staff and from the CNAs. I commend them for their uplifting wholesome ways in which they interact with helping the patients get and feel better. It is like a family being here. I pray and thank God for the staff of this facility which worked as a cohesive unit and their tireless and devoted efforts to getting me back on my feet. The therapy team would literally take us by the arm or hand, and carefully with exact precision guide me on what to do. It made me feel and know that I was in what I felt was a 10-star hotel. Thank you from patient Ed Gaitan.

hello, just wanted to say i have posted some REAL reviews on this horrible facility in screenshots from a post of a review that somebody else left about Hanford Post Acute where here father passed away at. please take the time to read the screenshotted comments, they are from a group on Facebook called Hughes News, hanford locals. MULTIPLE patients have died under this facility’s care. mind you, those arent even HALF of the comments on the post. if my screenshots have not posted, please join the group on facebook called Hughes News and look for the post from user Nikki Nikki, and you will see the real reviews on this place, most of the ones on here giving “five star” reviews are definitely FAKE.
