I had a complete hip replacement and I went in here for rehab. This was the best place ever I was treated like royalty. I want to say kudos to several people there that treated me so good. I would highly recommend this to anybody for rehab. Kudos to: CNA’s John, Thomas, Carlos, Jade, RN’s julie, Christina. PT’s Raymond, Charles, Liliana. These staff members will go far. My name is Gerald (Jerry) Halverson. Great place to recover.

My mom has been there since the end of January and I am VERY thankful for the care, love, and support all the staff has given to her. She ❤️ them very much. They will come by her room to say hi and give her hugs even if she isn’t their patient for the day. My grandmother was also a patient there a few years ago. All the staff loved and treated her as family also. She is still talked about. THANK YOU to all of the staff at the Village Assisted Living, Rehabilitation, and Retirement Community, we ♥️ you all!! 🙏🏻

I Love This Place. it's a really clean and really nice facility. The staff is Very Professional. I know this because my wife has actually worked there. My grandmother has actually lived there for a few years and actually passed away there. My mother is actually living there now and is being treated very well. I just want to Thank all the staff that put in all their hard work, time and effort into taking care of each and every individual there, plus my Mother. About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
