First of all I would like to thank my team of Physical Therapist’s. Without them I would have not been able to walk as fast as I did. They worked me hard, of which I wanted. They didn’t give up, so neither was I going to give. I started by lifting 2 lbs. I know that not vey much, however, when you lift in repetition these pounds become heavy enough. I graduated to 2, the 3,4,6 pound weights. I stayed getting stronger and I was determined to do everything possible. I started with 2 people walking me, then I graduated to the walker and finally a cane. And I walked out of here after 6-7 weeks on my own with my cane. I have been to several physical therapy programs through the years and this has been the most outstanding Physical Therapist I have ever had the pleasure of them working with me. They all really seem to enjoy what the do. This is the best team ever. It is my hope that whoever reads my comments will come into Imperaial Healthcare Center, and check them out for yourselves to actually see what I mean.

My aunt was a patient there last month. Not only did she get tremendous care, but there were two extremely kind, professional and compassionate social workers Ramona, Jessop and Maggie Rios. From the moment Ramona came and introduced herself she immediately was able to bond with my aunt who, at the time suffering from dementia, was scared and confused. She went above and beyond and would stop by her room periodically throughout the day to provide comfort and a kind smile, Maggie as well Would lend her support. I could not say enough about these two women and their professionalism. I hope the owners of this skilled nursing facility takes a moment to recognize them and realize that they are an asset, not only to this company, but to so many lives of others I highly recommend this place now to anyone who has family members that need to go to a nursing facility

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
What to do next
