5/5 we were very impressed with the Care, Mr. Juan Cardoza, Junior received at Pacific Palms, the dedicated staff nurses CNA doctors and case management, and others, providing the Care necessary in helping speedy recovery. His needs were always met, including physical therapy, allowing him to get stronger, I must include the chefs and kitchen staff for their excellent meals, even when he joined the activity room. He was. Met with Friendly staff, who directed him to sing karaoke, which she loved. When he needed staff to attend him in his room and meet his every needs. They were there in no time the Center has wonderful Cleanliness. We are recommending this recovery Center to others. Thank You From, the bottom of our hearts.

My mom was there for a month to rehab from a broken hip. Not once in that month did they get her to walk and now they are discharging her. It’s sad that she was in there all that time for nothing

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
What to do next
Data is a starting point, not a final answer. We encourage families to visit facilities in person, observe daily routines, and speak with staff and residents. See our guide: Questions to Ask When Visiting →
