  Amazing staff, they took great care of my grandma while she was there. The staff there were very nice and welcoming, making me feel confident that my grandma would recieve the best care!

  DO NOT BRING YOUR FAMILY MEMBER TO THIS AWFUL PLACE!!!!! When you want to transfer your family member from this hell hole the social service team will lie to you about helping you transfer. When requesting your family's clinicals Kyla in social services will only give you half of what you requested. Kyla and her team will do everything they can to make you stay at this HELL HOLE! This place is loud and smell like feces and urine, very noisy. out of control patient and aggressive that will try to confront you! When you need to have a changing for your family member it will take between 20-30min urine/feces to get changed and wound clinic will not check the wounds as scheduled. When you want a nurse no nurses are to be found!

  There a bad ran company.they have bad communicate w patients remake usure u find out wen u have to be out.if not they will come and threw u out pack ur stuff non professional non communicati n there social workers never answer there phones or return ur calls that's besides the different nurse everyday n cnasthey can't know the patients also they over load there nurses n CNAs.the nurses giving u wrong meds I seen it in person my self I was a patient for 4 months they put there long term patients that u h and r to brqe telling nurse ur meds wat bout patient that can't speak for them self they put together w the permanent patients there not examples there CNAs are hurt n abused getting scratches n bruises from the patients one cna has a broken wrist.hey can't if u have a family member that can't speak this ain't the place for them.i know long term patient there that ain't getting her right respiratory treatment and wond cresident ain't gettingresiportary service or wound care know if u ask to speak to dr it takes days u never see the director.nicely decorated .all priced nicly

  Do not send people you care about and love here. If you complain about bad food (spoiled), they dismiss it and say well if this person was home then you can control the nutrition they receive. There is one wing that you can tell is neglected and smells of rancid pee. The rest of the wings you can tell the staff cares. This is not put down the great employees that we encountered however there is a nurse and few others that dreads changing her patients when they have diarrhea that the food they served caused. Also, on the first floor at least 5 employees just sitting around on their phones. If they are on break there should be a break room area for them. Multi people were screaming for help on numerous occasions. Health inspector should investigate.
