This place is absolutely awful. They have zero regard for their patients. The nurses treat the patients like they are an inconvenience and take a very long time to tend to them when they press the call button. My father fell and me and his roommates tried to call a nurse, it got to the point where he had to reach for his own cell phone and call for an ambulance himself. Please do not put your loved ones in this place. Anywhere else but here because they won’t care for them AT ALL.

I never write reviews but this facility was terrible. It deserves a ZERO star if I could give it. My mom was here for almost 2 weeks. Worst nursing home I have experienced for my mom. There was no communication with me as the family member on what was going on with my mom. She developed UTI and multiple other issues being there and yet not one phone call from them. She was started on new certain medications as well, no phone call. Physical therapy worked with her for 30 seconds and her main reason for being there was for physical therapy. Every time I would come visit it was always some change and was never communicated to me. I would constantly call to get updates and they were too busy, they said they will call back but I never received a call back ( multiple times). When I would visit my mom I would talk to the LVN taking care of my mom they would say they can’t say much because they have no been there, I understand but they still choose to not look into the chart and learn about their patients. Then I would speak with the nurse supervisor and they were even worse, they kept redirecting me every time I would ask for help with my mother and kept saying go find her nurse. It was very frustrating dealing with all the staff members at this facility. I knew nothing about what was going on with my mom. I’m glad my mom is out of there and will never want treatment from this facility. ZERO communication with the staff to the family. I will be reporting this to the administration as well. I hope this review can help others.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
