  I put 1 star bcus there's no 0. My mother is 90. Her 1st night there she became agitated so I told them to gv her a 5mg melatonin. Instead she was given Ativan! That is a med that according to Dr should NEVER be given to seniors over 65! My momfell into a coma & was rushed to an ER. It took 7 days for the med to exit her body. Now she's very weak & in need of therapy. She's now at a better place. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR LOVE ONES IN THIS PLACE!!!!

  My in-law was a patient here for several months before passing way in August 2024. The facility is clean. Staff are friendly, kind, compassionate, & accommodated our requests. Our family, who visited often, were allowed to visit any day & time. Thank you, Cottage Crest staff, for the excellent service you gave to my family member!

  I come to visit my Aunt who has been here since December and she got lice!! This place needs to clean this facility and do better!!!
