It is a pleasure to visit patients at Diamond Ridge SNF. I am greeted by a smiling receptionist at the door and given clear instructions to my friend’s room. I see clean hallways and adequate staffing. My friend was finishing lunch and staff came in to clear the tray. She introduced herself to me. I hope all visitors and patients at Diamond Ridge can feel as good about the care provided there as I did during my visit.
