  I have taken my time to do my review. Love the place and the staff that takes care of my loved one. The social services lacks communication and now I’m very frustrated and upset. I received a call on day prior to Medicare no longer paying and going to look for another place. I was told that in November of 2025. I’m frustrated that this wasn’t done sooner. My loved is very comfortable at this place due to what happened at a prior place to now only confuse my loved one again on what is happening. I’m confused because because I hear people say they been their over 6 years and yet I was told isn’t long-term. I’m always there at night so I try to call at 6:10 pm to speak to him nobody answers the phone. That is upsetting to me because I should be able to speak to him at any time.

  French park is a very clean facility with great nurses who are at facility to to take care of you or ur loved ones and are at the facility around the clock if u need it , I couldn't ask for a better place to stay 😄

  The staff is professional and polite. Building is historical, yet we'll maintained. My wife's rehabilitation went well with help from the physical therapists, nurses, and doctors. Special shout out to case manager and admissions director. There are some older reviews that were concerning at first. Went to visit, could not understand why the older reviews were not so welcoming. Turns out there was a change in administration some years ago, definitely improved. Been to other skilled nursing facilities and consider the recovery at French Park as a very positive experience.
