I’d give this place zero stars if I could. This place was freezing when I visited my loved one. They said it had been like this for a long time! It’s rundown, dirty and smells like urine. The staff looks miserable.

This place is absolutely terrible, Never allow your loved one to be transferred here. The administrator is rude and super inconsiderate, the facility is poorly maintained, the heaters dont work and they refuse to get them fixed. This whole place is disgusting. I repeat DO NOT TRANSFER to this place.

Absolutely awful, I got dropped in my bed and left to figure it out,,after 8 months in a hospital bed peeing was difficult, the wheelchair they gave me to use well lucky the brakes worked, too bad the seat was poking through the top! Almost sent me back to the hospital, on top of that the beds were broke call lights didn't work both in the room and bathroom the seat off the toilet came off! And cleanliness, i think the sheets were clean, cobwebs all over drips under the sink, no remotes for the TV. People yelling down the hall most of the night! Staff extra rude, didn't show me the facility where anything was when anything was, didn't give me my meds or lunch or dinner, ignored my need for help,! I read the reviews before I got here so I was apprehensive but it was worse than anything I read! I'd better off at a shelter, which might be my next move!! And no physical therapy at all. Hopefully that changes!

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
