I would not recommend this skilled nursing facility based on our experience. A loved one stayed here for a period of time, and the overall level of care was deeply disappointing and concerning.

Rooms were overcrowded, with multiple patients sharing a small space and a single bathroom. Cleanliness was a consistent issue—the room and common areas did not appear to be properly cleaned on a regular basis.

Medication management was especially alarming. While medications were technically “passed,” there was no follow-through to ensure they were actually taken. On more than one occasion, when I went to visit my loved one in the morning, medication was found on the bed or even on the floor, which is extremely unsafe.

During the stay, our loved one developed multiple infections, which raised further concerns about hygiene practices, monitoring, and overall quality of care.

The lack of physical and occupational therapy was also frustrating. Therapy was minimal and inconsistent, which defeats the purpose of a skilled nursing stay for recovery and rehabilitation.

Call lights frequently went unanswered for long periods of time—sometimes HOURS. Patients who could not safely get out of bed on their own were left waiting to use the bathroom and, at times, left sitting in soiled diapers far longer than is acceptable.

The environment was also not conducive to rest or recovery. Nighttime noise from staff was excessive, making it very difficult for patients to sleep.

Communication and care coordination were poor. Staff often seemed untrained or unsure of what they were doing, caseworkers were not helpful, and there was no visibility of an attending physician during the stay.

Overall, this facility felt understaffed, poorly managed, and unable to provide the level of care that vulnerable patients deserve. Families should be very cautious when considering this place for a loved one.

My husband had a stroke and is at this facility. It is a nightmare. They left my husband in a shitty diaper for 4 hours. The next night he needed to be changed and the male night nurse came in and turned the light off. The guy in the bed next to my husband has stage 4 bed sores and they don’t change him. His 2 daughters come every day to do it. The poor man had a catastrophic stroke so he can’t talk or do anything. Horrible place. At night the nurses are sleeping. I’ve seen them as I leave. This place needs to be shut down and nurses fired and credentials taken. This is elderly abuse for sure.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
