I highly recommend Mission Palms
Healthcare Center for skilled nursing and rehabilitation services. The entire staff from admissions, nurses, cha's, nutrition, physical therapists, kitchen, facilities etc. are very professional & quick to respond to every question and/or need that my husband has. My husband 's health is poor, but his mind is as sharp as a tack. He is extremely opinionated and won't hesitate to speak up to let me or the staff @ Mission Palms
Healthcare Center knows if something or someone is not helpful and kind to his. No complaints from my husband. He is happy and loves the staff. I do too. The vibe here is warm and upbeat-like a family- unlike other nursing homes. About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
