My dad stayed here for a few months while recuperating from COVID. The staff here is truly amazing. They were welcoming and supportive from the very first contact. My dad received great physical therapy. The food was very high quality. The facility was clean and organized and the residents were well cared for. I want to especially shout out Maricela the social worker who was awesome with all my questions and requests. She always made time for me in her very busy schedule. I also want to recognize Romeo who was always there to ask how we were doing and handle any requests for care. Honestly the whole care team was truly amazing. I would no hesitate in any way to recommend this facility to friends and family or to use them again should the need arise.

When given a choice of several places for my Aunt Lucia Rivera, my sister and I decided to have our Aunt go to Orchard Post Acute Care. I saw the reviews but not only that my Godmother went to Orchard after she was at PIH. They my cousins thought, it's next to PIH very close if anything should or could happen after her stroke. With in 4.5 weeks my Godmother was being released to go home. Because of the care she was given and talking with my sister we decided to have our Aunt go to the best facilities for her needs. Our aunt was released day after Thanksgiving and still getting the care she needs from Orchard (nurses and P/T). I would definitely recommend Orchard Post Acute Care to anyone who is looking for their staff who go beyond their duties to make their patients feel important. Thank you to the staff who took care of our Aunt Lulu aka Aunt Lucia Rivera because of you she's at my mom's house recovering nicely and improving every day.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
