I have been visiting my friend in Civita once a week for the past five years. I have also been her companion to multiple medical appointments both to help her communicate and to help manage her anxiety. My rating reflects in particular the outstanding performance of staff member Vasi. Vasi has been a lifeline, insuring that transportation is always scheduled appropriately and needed paperwork is ready to bring to the doctor’s office. She always insures a smooth and reliable departure so important for a resident with anxiety and dementia. This past year medical appointments were missed and needed to be rescheduled on days Vasi was not working. This never happened when she was in charge. When I had questions or needed assistance Vasi always tried to help. I have observed that Vasi always takes the time to be of service to anyone who asks. She is an example of the kind of staff so needed in work with our most vulnerable.

I have been at this facility since February 2025. The Care I have received from everyone at this facility has been exemplary. From the nurses, nursing aids, Nursing supervisors, physical therapy, personnel, facilities personnel, social workers, front desk personnel, kitchen personnel, housekeeping and transportation has been incredible. if you’re interested in placing one of your loved ones for wonderful care I highly recommend Savita care center in Cheshire.
