  Waiting 15 minutes for someone to answer the buzzer is inexcusable especially when you have digestive problems. Taking care of personal hygiene was good as was your choice of meals. Patient care was lacking of manners and the communication was just as bad.

  In the time that I have been here, I have found Wilton Meadows to be a very high quality Skilled Nursing Facility, both in the presentation of the building, as well as an extremely high quality of care noted, both of which are not everyday finds among Skilled Nursing Facilities. Everyone here pays attention to details both large and small, and are as friendly as can be! Please be ensured that coming here for Short-Term rehabilitation or Long-Tern Care for yourself and/or your loved one would be an excellent choice!

Gracias a Faris gran sér humano que realiza su trabajo y con amor al paciente no sabes cuánto te agradezco de cómo cuidaste a mi madre haces tu trabajo con amor y dedicación.Gracias meri y Nicolee excelentes personas su gran corazón y dedicación por el cuidado del paciente.Gracias al equipo de enfermeras que siempre estaban pendientes y al equipo de hospicio. Gracias a cada uno los últimos días de mi madre fueron de paz y tranquilidad.Ya mi madre no está partió pero sé que desde el cielo ella estará agradecida Excelente equipo . Gracias .

  Absolutely horrified!! My Mom was brought to Wilton Meadows this afternoon. She was put in a room with another occupant and no one came to the room so I put her in bed myself. The room smelled of vomit. The woman in the room with her had clearly been vomiting on herself and rather than clean her up/change her linens, towels were just piled on her. The bathroom was filthy. I asked for it to be cleaned as I wasn’t having my Mom sit on the commode. No one came. I was handed gloves and cleaning wipes to do it myself!! What is going on here?! Unacceptable. The smell was so bad clearly making it an unsanitary environment. I insisted they clean the woman and change her linens so they did. Who knows how long she had been laying in filth and vomit! Please do not bring your loved ones here. I truly cannot believe what I witnessed.

She was very knowledgeable and helpful with answering all of my questions regarding the environment and patient care at Wilton Meadows. As a current Case Manager in healthcare, patient advocacy is vital and she understood that. Looking forward to future collaborations!
