Absolutely the worst place to have your loved one at, the housekeepers suck they don’t wipe off bed or clean properly, the CNAS take their time getting to the clients, they talk badly about the clients there and don’t care about them at all! Would never recommend a place like this. Suprised they’re not shut down yet.

This place should be zero stars! They did a terrible job of taking care of my mother she was badly dehydrated and not taken care of! I would not recommend this awful place to anybody. Please do not send your loved ones here if you can help it. Just like other reviews I have seen they were not good about giving her her medication and gave her way too many bags of fluid at once. I feel she may have died within a week if I had not gotten her out of there. Disgusting.

I met with Monica, the Admissions Director regarding my 88 year old mother that’s in the hospital and I have reached out several times and she has answered personally every time! Answered all of my questions! She put me and my sister at ease knowing our mom will be in good hands while in rehab! The facility smelled so good too! I couldn’t believe how clean it was! If you’re looking for a top notch rehab facility, call Monica!

I can confidently say that the team here is truly top notch. The staff is compassionate, attentive, and dedicated to providing excellent care. It’s clear they genuinely value their residents and go above and beyond to support both them and their families. I have nothing but positive things to say about the quality of care at The Oaks at Avon, it’s a place I wholeheartedly trust and recommend.

Dissatisfied to say the least with the aids. Nurses work hard and beyond but the aids are not always available.
