  Since when is it against HIPAA to at least give information that a patient is in house without giving specific information on the patient. The administrator needs to be fired. I worked in Healthcare I know the protocols when it comes to HIPAA and to sit here and tell me on the phone that I should go ahead and contact the police and file a missing person report when a person I know was there the entire time and you knew that is crazy. I also will be contacting whoever I need to contact to get administrator held accountable

  They don't protect their Residents, and won't arrest trespassers.

  Not family oriented. Social worker has been rude & unresponsive. If there's no immediate improvement I'll mention names in next review. Also noticed all other reviews are years old??

  This behavioral health center is very good , they make sure that the patients take their meds , the only thing I don't like is that the patients barely go outside , or have activities to keep them active . Imagine being indoors without activities, it's a healing place , not a jail .
