This facility is NOT top notch and if they provide the best care why they donβt use SOAP AND WATER? THE STAFF DOES NOT PERFORM HAND HYGIENE NOR THE CARE AS THEY SHOULD FOR THE RESIDENTS. THE NURSES ARE MEAN GIRLS

First off this is NOT a 5 star facility! I picked up with agency for the weekend and the residents were SHOCKED I was using soap and water when I was providing care. Their regular staff does NOT wear gloves or do proper hand washing! I did more work than the actual staff. The older ladies in the kitchen are rude! Some of the nurses were βmean girlsβ! This is one facility I would NOT put my own family in and they are not to friendly to the brown skinned people. I feel sorry for the residents!

UPDATE: THE NURSE LIED AND SAID SHE ASKED ME TO TAKE PPL OUT THE DINING ROOM WHICH WAS NOT THE TRUE..I WAS ALREADY TAKING RESIDENTS OUT OF THE DINING ROOM!!

I would have given 5 stars a year ago. I would give more now. They have gone over and above during COVID-19.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data β the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
What to do next
Data is a starting point, not a final answer. We encourage families to visit facilities in person, observe daily routines, and speak with staff and residents. See our guide: Questions to Ask When Visiting β
