Debbie P. Went up and beyond by going out on her own time to purchase my needed diabetic liquid food as required by my docs orders from 1-30-26. What a blessed angel Debbie, job well done and I thank you! I was in rehab unit after surgery 1-22-26

*** Update. Sadly, when she said call me if you have any questions, call us anytime me or my staff can help you, she was not serious. Caller id is a curse, as it makes me wonder if they look at it and say..."well we did all we could, no sense in answering." Very sad, said they would phone in meds, didn't. Said she would contact us about the appeal, didn't. Overall, as soon as insurance stops, watch out for their foot on your backside, just as she said she would. If you are thinking of putting a loved one there-beware the photos online are old, and admittedly not updated on purpose. The photos for rehab are not on there at all, they will put you in the nursing/memory care area, and sadly not very clean. Great show when they want you to self pay, but not great at followup or returning phone calls. Very sad. Oh my goodness, where to start! Abbey was such a wonderful and compassionate resource for our family when my aunt was inpatient. Insurance can be so confusing and overwhelming she very patiently explained our options and answered all of our many questions, helping know what what we should expect going forward.

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
