This is the worst of the worst wouldnt even take someone you despised there. Horrible treatment of my mother she was only there 2 days after a mild stroke for rehab. I told the head nurse do NOTT leave her in wheelchair or on toilet by herself. 2 days later i recieved a call she fell n paramedics were on way. They would not tell me what happened or what hospital. Needless to say she was way worse after fall n had a huge lump on back of head. I put her in hospice n she passed away 3 days later. Horrible

The nursing staff works exceptionally hard to provide Good care for the patients. Upper management has made the decision to place money over the quality of nursing care Nursing call offs are a late symptom of nursing burn out. There are quite a few call offs, forcing the nurses to take double assignments. The nurse aids are also forced into untenable situations. Hartfield Village has a number of negative reviews over the years which is telling of managements response To nursing, family, and patients needs. A number of the power health executives sit on state boards, and that is probably why they are listed as one of the best nursing homes in the US. Other than that, they need quite a bit of improvement which they have demonstrated they do not care to make. Nursing tries to do its Best. Unfortunately The only useful measure to reduce burnout is to increase staffing. Powers health Demonstrates it is unwilling to increase nurse patient ratios. Choose carefully before sending your loved one here.one review is not going to change their behavior, but it may change yours.

This is my husbands second stay. He likes all the personnel. And even likes the food: he’s a picky eater

About this data
How to read this page
Star ratings vs. Care Quality Score: The Google star rating reflects visitor and family opinions collected from public reviews. The Care Quality Score is an independent metric derived entirely from federal inspection data — the two measure different things, and comparing them side-by-side gives a fuller picture.
Where this data comes from
All clinical data on this page originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that certifies and inspects every Medicare- and Medicaid-participating nursing home in the United States. Reviews are imported verbatim from public Google business listings.
